Two men were arrested on murder charges Wednesday morning in the June 18 shooting deaths of a man and woman at a housing complex in Waycross, police said.
Waycross police arrested Davante Marquise LeJune, 21, at an apartment in Blackshear and Jarvis D. Edmonds, 23, in Homerville, Waycross police Capt. Danny Hampton said.
